At Mid-Ulster Cosmetics, we want you to be delighted with your purchase and experience.

In-clinic treatments: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24hours’ notice may be subject to a charge.

Digital products (eBooks, toolkits, downloads): These are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file is faulty or cannot be accessed.

Personalised skincare products: As these are custom-prepared and tailored to individual needs, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at midulstercosmetics@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.

📦 Fulfilment & Shipping Policy

Digital products: Delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. If you don’t receive your download within 24 hours, contact us at support@midulstercosmetics.com.
Physical skincare products: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times within the UK/Ireland are typically 7–10 business days.
We are not liable for postal delays outside our control, but we’ll help you track your order where possible.
